What is the process and expectations?
We will make the process as smooth and transparent for you. We will pre-screen you and find out exactly what you are looking for and present you with a number of roles that we feel would match the best. From then we would keep you posted with the feedback and if successful we would organise an interview day and time that would suit both yourself and the organisation with attached all the relevant information to help you out. We would then complete the relevant pre-employment checks including references and documents and ensure that this an easy process for you. Negotiations and start date will be done through us. Once you have commenced with your new role and organisation, we will follow up with you to check in to see how you are going and keep in touch.
Am I employed by E4 Recruitment or the organisation that I am successful for?
E4 Recruitment will introduce and guide you through the whole recruitment process. Once you successfully accepted and joined an organisation, you will work for the organisation and not E4 Recruitment.
How will you find me the right job?
A dedicated Recruitment Consultant will discuss with you about your experience, skills and what exact role with you are looking for (location, position, salary, etc.). From then we will present you with a number of options that would match this. As E4 have been recruiting in the Aged Care sector for 10 years, we have strong relationships with a number of organisations and are able to give you a variety of different roles to suit you.
Do you help with resumes and interview preparation?
Yes! As we will be there to guide you through the whole process, both the resume and interview preparation stage is an important part of this. We will give you tips and advice regarding your resume to ensure that the key experience and points are noticed. Also, pre-interview we will send you 'Interview Tips' and let you know the interview style plus if there are any particular areas that would be the key focus.
Would you handle the negotiation stage if I am successful for the role?
Yes, we understand that changing positions is always a scary process however we want to make this as simple as we can for you and ensure that all your expectations are met and you are happy with your new position.

We always try out best to make sure that you have all of the relevant benefits to make your new role the right one for you. What happens if I am NOT in the Aged Care sector although looking to make the transition?
Aged Care is a changing industry and we have seen a number of managers transition from a variety of industries including Hospitals and Community. We will be there to support you through this process and provide you with all of the relevant information required. We will focus on your skills and experience to ensure that the organisations recognise that transferable skills that you can offer.
