Meet E4 Recruitment. We’re healthcare staffing specialists who do the job right.


We’ve been delivering qualified, competent and committed healthcare staff on demand to facilities like yours since 2012.


E4 was co-founded by Edward Freeman and Josh Hill. They came from a recruitment background, and couldn’t believe how other agencies were operating, and the knock-on impact this had on healthcare and aged care facilities.


Their drive was to build real relationships. With the firm belief that each recruiter should be picking up the phone to have 12, 15, 20 meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals, every single day. To break the recruiter mentality stereotype of just getting deals done and that facilities were just a number. This wasn’t acceptable to them.


And they were committed to never, ever cutting corners.

If you’re not happy with who’s been placed on your team or if you run into any sticky issues with staff we find for you, every incident is escalated to our Senior Leadership team. Our Senior Leadership team is made up of our Co-Founders and Division Leaders, who will be immediately placed on urgent support duty. This means they’ll be briefed urgently and will be straight on a call to you to find a solution.


There’s complete comfort for you in knowing that even if compliance and onboarding checks shows no issues with a new starter, if problems surface later on down the line, you won’t be left to deal with this on your own and feel abandoned by an agency.
