Can you help?

E4 Healthcare, our Nursing Division, is urgently looking for Registered Nurses who can help out during the current COVID-19 crises at Newmarch House in Penrith.

We already have a number of Registered Nurses and AIN's working at the facility but we need more.
I appreciate you may not be in a situation where you can work there yourself, however, if you know of any experienced RN's or AIN's please do let us know. We would really appreciate your help with this!

Here are the key points:

  • The facility currently has active cases of COVID-19 and everything is being done eliminate any new cases
  • ALL staff where PPE safety gear and every precaution is taken to keep everyone at the facility safe
  • We are looking for multiple Registered Nurses for both day and night shifts (AIN also for both day and night shifts)
  • These are 12 hour shifts and anyone coming here can work every day if they wanted to. We are keen to speak with RN's that can work as many hours as possible each week
  • This will be on-going for at least the next two months, likely to be longer
  • We are offering attractive agency rates plus you can claim 68 cents for every KM you travel to and from the facility
  • Registered Nurses/ AIN'S will be employed by E4 Healthcare and will carry out agency shifts at the facility (weekly pay every Friday)

If you or anyone you know would be keen to help out during this tough time, we would love to hear from you.
Everyone that goes to Newmarch house through us will need to complete our registration process which can be done as quickly as possible.

Requirements

  • We are looking for Registered Nurses (or AIN's) with at least 12 months experience working within a Residential Aged Care facility
  • All safety gear will be provided but each staff member needs to be comfortable working in a facility with active CV19 cases
  • You must be able to provide all necessary documents for pre-employment checks (ID check, police check etc) and have two people we can speak to for reference checks
  • Must be available to work regular shifts for the foreseeable future
  • You can get to and from the Penrith area for shifts
  • Experience wearing PPE gear would be great but not essential

This is certainly an unfortunate situation and we are looking for experienced nursing staff who are willing to make a difference. We really appreciate all of the nursing staff who are doing everything they can for residents at the facility.
