Hey there! 

My name is Owen and I am the Allied Health Recruitment Lead for E4 Recruitment. I am sending you this as I am looking to grow our AHP team and would love you to be a part of it. • E4 Recruitment was unaffected by COVID-19. All of our staff remained on full base salary, full commission and full hours - we actually had our biggest month ever in June and grew our team by 3 senior consultants between April and June at the height of the pandemic. 
• We have a top level commission band of 50% for billings over $33k a month - if you bill well, you earn well!
• Fortnightly training sessions ran by our Company Directors and Operations Manager - attentive results-driven training delivered by seasoned recruiters and not just another well-meaning L&D or external person who doesn't fully understand the hardwork involved in being a high-performing recruiter
• Our Directors are billing directors - they are honestly superheroes who do it all, give the focus & attention that their staff need, and still bring in money every month themselves
• Phenomenal culture in the office - we truly have fun every day here, the team is part of every major decision made by management & we run a Culture Club - amazing team outings which are chosen by a different two members of the team each month
• Working from home fully supported - staff members are provided with monitors & work setups in their homes and in the office, so that they can plug in their laptop and work wherever they need to
• 20 Days Annual leave + your Birthday off + extra annual leave days each year (days between Christmas and New Years do not come from your leave)
• Casual dress policy & extended lunch breaks - work at E4 fits around your personal life, not the other way around 
• Utilise the most modern recruitment tools and software in order to make your job as easy as possible - online timesheets for temp desks, text out our database and receive the replies to your phone. If you want anything extra and cutting edge for your desk, you will get it! 
• 4pm finish every Friday + 12.30pm finish the last Friday of every month that we hit target 
• Yearly company-wide trip - next year the whole office is going skiing in Queenstown! 

On a personal note, this is the third recruitment agency that I have worked for in Australia and like Goldilocks, the third one is just right (I'm more of a light brown though!) Recruitment is a job that can really swallow you up, but I can easily say this is the best and most supportive workplace that I have ever worked for. For the first time I can say that I love my recruitment job, and I am so excited for the big expansion plans we have for Allied Health - we would love you to come be a part of them.
