Your Role:
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals to deliver top-quality clinical care.
- Develop tailored care plans and ensure they align with residents' individual needs.
- Mentor and guide staff to enhance their clinical expertise and confidence.
- Maintain clinical governance, manage infection control protocols, and oversee medication management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure positive health outcomes.
About You:
- AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ Australian healthcare experience.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a clinical care team in aged care or a similar setting.
- Exceptional care planning, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
- Strong communicator with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
- CCC (Clinical Care Coordinator) experience is advantageous.
