• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals to deliver top-quality clinical care.
• Develop tailored care plans and ensure they align with residents' individual needs.
• Mentor and guide staff to enhance their clinical expertise and confidence.
• Maintain clinical governance, manage infection control protocols, and oversee medication management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure positive health outcomes.

• AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ Australian healthcare experience.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a clinical care team in aged care or a similar setting.
• Exceptional care planning, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong communicator with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
• CCC (Clinical Care Coordinator) experience is advantageous.
