The Role
We are seeking experienced Community Registered Nurses for agency contracts in regional NSW. You will provide in-home and community-based care, managing client health needs, wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care within the community
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures
• Provide health education and promote independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in community nursing (3 years minimum)
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
