As a Facility Manager, you will lead operations at our aged care facility in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by fostering a safe, welcoming, and high-quality care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that prioritises resident well-being and staff satisfaction.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to address needs, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Implement and maintain systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in facility or operations management in the Aged Care sector with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and a focus on team development.
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care, including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and record of driving change and compliance.
