Your Role at E4 Recruitment
As our Operations Coordinator / Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting teams across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
HR Administration & Support
- Oversee HR documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Manage internal recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, from paperwork to orientation.
Office Management
- Keep our office organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Manage supplies, organize events (lunches, Christmas parties, AGM, team trips), and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Systems & Business Support
- Assist teams with tech systems, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Handle business insurance policies and workers' compensation claims.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Ideally, some background in a similar role.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do mindset and enthusiasm for working across various functions.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (HR software experience is a plus).
