Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage quality systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate multiple complex tasks across various areas, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports tailored to the audience, using logical organisation and appropriate content.
  • Implement and oversee quality systems within a large organisation, ideally in health, aged care, or community services.
  • Collect, analyse, and present data to support decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Apply your knowledge of quality management systems to enhance organisational performance and compliance.
What You’ll Bring
  • A solid understanding of corporate and clinical governance principles and risk management concepts in aged care, disability, or social services.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create well-structured, purpose-driven reports.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across various functions.
  • 3 + years of experience in a Quality or similar role.
  • Expertise in data collection, analysis, and presentation to inform strategies and improvements.
  • A relevant qualification (post-graduate qualifications in risk management, organisational planning, or health are highly regarded).
