Regional Manager - Residential Aged Care
Salary Range: Up to $190k Base + super + salary packaging 

Are you a strategic leader with a clinical background and a passion for driving excellence in aged care? A reputable not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across metro and West Victoria. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and staff.

About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will provide strong operational leadership across Residential Aged Care homes in your designated region.
Your role will involve:

  • Managing multiple Residential Aged Care sites in the West VIC region.
  • Achieving operational and financial targets by fostering a performance-based culture.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and enhancing aged care services in line with organisational goals.
  • Driving service integration across residential aged care, home care, and health services.
  • Representing the organisation as an active community member, engaging with local communities and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in a Regional Manager or equivalent operational leadership role, ideally in aged care or a multidisciplinary health setting.
  • Strong people management skills, including career development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with expertise in residential operations, budgets, AN-ACC, accreditation, and aged care standards.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A focus on values-driven leadership and person-centred care.
  • Tertiary qualifications in healthcare or management (residential aged care focus preferred).
Requirements
  • Current Police Record Check and NDIS worker clearance.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and annual influenza vaccination.
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (highly desirable).
