The Position 💼

• Provide vital support for local aged care facilities experiencing staffing shortages or roster gaps.
• Be flexible and ready to jump into shifts when needed.
• Bring a positive attitude and proactive approach, contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Deliver high standards of care and build meaningful connections with residents and their families.

• Stay local while enjoying a flexible lifestyle with shifts that fit your schedule.
• Competitive hourly rates based on experience + super + penalties, ranging from $50-$130ph.
• ADHOC shifts avaliable.
• A great option for filling career gaps or taking a break from permanent work while staying within your community.

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration. Experience in Aged Care or working with the elderly is essential.
• A positive attitude with clear communication skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Passionate about making a difference in Aged Care.
• Having your own transport is a plus but not a requirement for this role.
