Summary of Position:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be crucial in providing exceptional care to our Pittsworth residents. You’ll utilise your clinical skills, experience and caring nature to create a nurturing and supportive environment which in turn will allow for considerable career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge of the requirements of Aged Care Standards.
• Accurate preparation and administration of medication and treatments
• Precise monitoring of patient well-being and addressing any needs
• Communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care
• Accurate maintenance of documentation of patient’s records

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a qualified Registered Nurse
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals of all levels
• Excellent clinical knowledge with proven experience
• Caring and compassionate approaches to all residents and their families
• Prior experience is essential to be successful in this role
