Experienced Registered Nurse’s are encouraged to apply and join our aged care team and contribute to exceptional quality clinical care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. You will create tailored care plans, and support residents and their families with compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients and forming personalised care plans
- Delivering personalised care to residents
- Precise preparation and administration of medication and treatments
- Careful monitoring of patient well-being and addressing any needs
- Working seamlessly within a multifaceted team to deliver high standards of care
- Accurate maintenance of documentation of patient’s records
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and personability
- Excellent clinical knowledge and abilities
- Empathetic and compassionate approaches to all residents and families
- The ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Prior experience is attractive, but not essential
