About the Role:

This position offers an excellent opportunity for Registered Nurses to contribute to the care and wellbeing of residents in a supportive, team-focused environment. You will deliver high-quality clinical care while working collaboratively with an experienced care team.
Shifts include AM, PM, and night duty to ensure consistent care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and provide clinical assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best care outcomes
• Supervise and support care staff to maintain high standards of care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical governance standards

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care or similar clinical setting (preferred but not essential)
• A nursing degree
• Knowledge of ANAAC
• Ability to work across AM, PM, and night shifts as required
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for aged care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
