As a Registered Nurse, you'll be crucial in providing exceptional care to our Colac residents. You’ll utilise your clinical skills, experience and caring nature to create a nurturing and supportive environment which in turn will allow for considerable career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge of the requirements of Aged Care Standards.
- Accurate preparation and administration of medication and treatments
- Precise monitoring of patient well-being and addressing any needs
- Communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care
- Accurate maintenance of documentation of patient’s records
- Current AHPRA registration as a qualified Registered Nurse
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals of all levels
- Excellent clinical knowledge with proven experience
- Caring and compassionate approaches to all residents and their families
- Prior experience is essential to be successful in this role
