About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, supporting their health and well-being with compassion and professionalism. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Care Delivery: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, care planning, and clinical interventions, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Resident Well-Being: Support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents through compassionate, person-centered care.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with legislative and accreditation requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards and operational efficiency.

• Professional Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Clinical Experience: Previous experience in residential aged care or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Compassionate Approach: A genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents through empathetic and respectful care.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights (at Nambour and Maroochydore) or flexible shifts at Mount Coolum and Hervey Bay.
