As Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Wodonga aged care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and performance. You will inspire and guide your team, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents. Reporting directly to the Victorian State Manager, you will also have access to extensive support through our organisation's centralised resources and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a large residential aged care facility.
- Ensure full compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support a diverse team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee facility maintenance.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures aligned with organisational values.
- Strong experience as a Facility Manager in the residential aged care sector.
- Qualifications in Business Management or a related field (advantageous).
- Applications welcomed from clinical and non-clinical backgrounds.
- Strong expertise in accreditation, compliance, and aged care standards.
- A collaborative leadership style with a positive and nurturing approach.
- Excellent Salary (Negotiable, Depending on Experience) + Supe.
